Every quote is based on the property and the job. We confirm the price with you before any work begins.

Scheduling

We do our best to keep every appointment. Weather can cause delays, and we'll let you know as soon as possible if your service needs to move.

Satisfaction

If you're not happy with the work, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.

SMS messaging terms

Myrtle Beach Concrete (Eddy Contracting, Inc.) texts customers who request a quote on our website and check the texting consent box, or who text us first. Service messages cover quote follow-up, estimate and job scheduling, appointment reminders, project updates and customer support. Promotional messages, such as seasonal offers and concrete care tips, are sent only to customers who checked the separate promotional consent box. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt out: text STOP to the number that messaged you at any time. We'll confirm by text, and you won't receive more messages unless you opt in again.

Frequency and rates: message frequency varies (service texts up to 4 per month, promotional up to 2 per month). Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider about your plan.

Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Works with all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile.

Eligibility: you must be 18 or older to take part.
