When you request a quote, call, text or email us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, address and details about the job.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to you, give you a quote, schedule and complete your service, and follow up about the work. We do not sell or rent your information.

Text messages

If you check a texting consent box on our quote form, or text us first, we'll use your number to text you about your quote, scheduling and project, and, only if you separately agreed, occasional promotional messages. We keep a record of each texting consent: which box you checked, the wording you agreed to, and the date and time.

SMS data protection

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our phone and texting provider, website host and scheduling tools, and only to provide our services to you. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, except the texting providers that deliver the messages you agreed to receive.
